Dongbu C400K is a CNC slant-bed lathe built around an integral 45-degree cast-iron bed. The base turning configuration accommodates a maximum cutting diameter of 320 mm and a maximum turning length of 450 mm. Roller linear guides and directly coupled ball-screw feeds support the X and Z axes, while a hydraulic tailstock provides support for suitable shaft work.

The base A2-6 spindle has a 62 mm bore and a 50 mm bar-capacity rating. Its published speed range is 50–3000 rpm, with an 11 kW motor and 150 N·m spindle torque. An 8-inch hydraulic through-hole chuck and an 8 or 12-station hydraulic servo turret are described for the turning configuration. Confirm the actual turret station count in the quotation.

The BMT45 driven-tool turret and larger A2-8 spindle are alternative configurations, with different usable lengths, travels and bar capacities. Do not combine their figures with the base-machine envelope. For an RFQ, identify whether the part requires turning only or driven-tool operations, then provide the drawing, bar diameter, clamping projection and tailstock requirements.

Does every C400K include milling tools?

No. The BMT45 driven-tool turret is an option. Base turning figures on this page do not describe every driven-tool configuration.
