Dongbu CK6136 is a horizontal CNC lathe built around a flat bed with hardened guideways. It offers 750 mm maximum turning length and a 300 mm maximum turning diameter. The bed swing is 400 mm, while clearance over the slide is limited to 180 mm; these are separate checks when assessing a workpiece.
The standard arrangement includes an eight-inch manual chuck, manual tailstock and four-position electric toolpost. A 7.5 kW spindle motor drives the A2-6 spindle through a listed range of 60 to 3500 rpm. The spindle bore is 61 mm, which should not be treated as a confirmed bar-feeder capacity.
Siemens 808D Advanced is the catalog standard, with FANUC 0i-TF Plus and GSK 988TA alternatives. Hydraulic chucking, a hydraulic tailstock and an eight-position toolpost are optional. Request the selected workholding package, jaw clearance, tool layout and support method in the RFQ, especially for long shafts or automated loading.
Does a 61 mm spindle bore guarantee 61 mm bar capacity?
No. The drawtube, chuck or collet and feeding arrangement may reduce the usable bar diameter.
