Dongbu CK800 is a heavy flat-bed CNC lathe with rectangular guideways and a three-range spindle transmission. Its published maximum turning diameter is 700 mm and maximum turning length is 1000 mm. The 860 mm swing over the bed and 550 mm swing over the carriage describe different clearance conditions; neither replaces a tool-and-fixture interference check.
The A2-11 spindle has a 121 mm bore and a 20-inch manual chuck in the listed base arrangement. A 15 kW motor drives speed ranges of 50–300, 300–700 and 700–1000 rpm, with a published spindle output torque of 4100 N·m. X and Z travel are 445 and 1100 mm, while rapid traverse is 10 and 12 m/min respectively.
The manufacturer describes valve-body applications with indexing workholding and alternative tool-post arrangements. Its overview and parameter table differ on the exact standard tool-post package, so confirm that package explicitly rather than assuming every photographed attachment is included. CK800L is a separate longer, heavier version with tailstock provisions; this page retains CK800 values.
