Hangji XK716B

Hangji XK716B / XHK716B is the enlarged BT40 column with 1100 / 650 / 600 mm X / Y / Z travel, a 1300 × 600 mm table and 800 kg rated load. Plan support for a long plate or blank, its clamp footprint and tool approach. The B designation matters: the original sheet places this machine beside XK715 and XK717 with different travel, loading and spindle references.

The nose-to-table range is 130–730 mm and the guide reference is 45 / 45 / 45. Test the complete setup for deepest feature reach, holder clearance and safe retract, including any rotary attachment. Its larger table does not make the 600 mm Z range interchangeable with the neighbouring machines’ Z envelopes.

The listed spindle is 8000 rpm BT40, with an 11 / 15 kW drive-power pair whose duties are not explained in the series table. The 20-position disc magazine requires a current maximum tool diameter/length/mass and adjacent-station schedule. Request the actual torque/power curve for the cutter and material; neither maximum rpm nor motor power proves roughing output.

Use a representative blank, fixture and cutter projection for a full roughing-to-finishing trial. Inspect the released workpiece and include chip handling, tool changes, measurement and rejects in accepted output. Reference net/gross mass is 7 / 8 tonnes and exterior size 3100 / 3020 / 2745 mm; obtain the delivered foundation and access plan.
