Hision GU5 II

GU5II is an older retained gantry reference, distinct from the current small-gantry image actually marked GU5HS. The current GU(e)HS page describes an integrated gantry frame and ram structure, with a motor-spindle variant and an optional 24-tool magazine in its detailed material. These are not evidence that every old GU5II contains that package.
Draw the wide fixture or mould through the actual gantry opening. Include clamps, loaded height, cutting coordinates and the longest holder, then check table stroke and ram/tool approach. Confirm the loading route and service access; outer machine dimensions are not a guaranteed usable workpiece envelope.
Obtain the GU5II revision’s exact opening, table/load, travel, spindle and magazine sheet. Keep standard and optional attachments separate, and run the cut at the most difficult position with the supplied tools. Inspect the released geometry and surface against agreed conditions rather than importing current GU5HS figures or photographs.
