GU6II remains a separate older gantry-machine record. The manufacturer’s 2023 exhibition report names GUe6II PLUS, while the current compact family uses GU(e)HS. Neither the added e/PLUS suffix nor the current series name establishes the same spindle, travel or tool package as GU6II.
For the proposed fixture, specify loaded width/height, weight distribution, tooling and the difficult cutting positions. Ask for actual gantry opening, table stroke, ram reach and spindle duty with each attachment. Check the complete loading and tool-changing path instead of adding maximum dimensions from different versions.
Require a coherent numerical sheet and option schedule for the actual GU6II revision. Demonstrate the long-tool or extended-reach cut under representative material, coolant and thermal conditions; inspect the part after release. Include installation, chip removal, job recovery and service responsibilities in the acceptance scope.
