H63II is a retained horizontal-centre record whose exact old numerical build still needs a model-specific sheet. The current HII/HII-D page describes a T-shaped bed and a two-stage geared main transmission. Its family W-axis feature is not automatically a standard H63II configuration, and an H80II family photograph is not an exact H63II image.
Start with the multi-face housing and its tombstone or fixture. Define pallet attachment, loaded mass and centre of gravity, supported spindle reach and the deepest or furthest feature. Specify chips and coolant for the actual material so that a complete-cycle comparison includes clearing and access, not only axis motion.
Record whether the offered build includes W motion, pallet exchange, the needed tooling and controller functions. Demonstrate the representative orientations and deep-feature cut with the real fixture; inspect released parts and recovery behaviour. Confirm the numerical limits on the exact H63II sheet before using family values in a contract.
