Hision VMC850 II

VMC850II is the vertical-centre model named in Haitian Precision’s 2023 EMO presentation. That dated reference lists X/Y/Z travel of 850/500/500 mm and a 600 kg maximum table load; its 12,000 rpm motor spindle is explicitly optional. The current official VMC-family image is actually marked VMC850II. The pictured controller and appearance do not establish the contents of a current quotation.

For a top-face fixture, include the clamps, part and fixture in the loaded envelope. Compare actual cut coordinates with linear travel, and check tool-holder/nose clearance above the highest feature. If additional faces need a rotary table, qualify the supplied rotary option, sweep, fixture mass and CAM/controller functions; the family page does not make rotary equipment standard.

Use one exact revision/build sheet and a material-specific cut trial. Include the difficult feature, longest tool, coolant and chip handling, and measure released parts using agreed datums and inspection conditions.
