Whole original manufacturer image for V-11; appearance/control and optional equipment follow the offered build.
V-11 provides XYZ travel 1100/600/600 mm and a 1200 × 600 mm table at 800 kg maximum load. It is a vertical spindle route for the actual fixture and face/boring approach, rather than a reason to copy every larger V-series option. Include clamps, fixture and part in the load and check the usable cutting envelope with the interfering tool.
The nose-to-table range is 130–730 mm, with a separate 625 mm spindle-centre-to-Z-cover distance. The table lists 8000/12000 rpm, BT40/BBT40 and belt/direct drive alternatives, plus a 11/18.5 kW motor pair without duty labels. Identify one supplied combination and its drive curve; the slash entries do not prove that every spindle/interface/drive combination is offered.
The feature text calls a 30-position disc magazine standard, while the technical row lists 24/30 tools. Confirm the quoted magazine rather than hiding that difference. Tool limits are 8 kg, 300 mm length and 80/150 mm full/adjacent-empty diameter. FANUC 0i-MF is named; request the exact functions, licences and postprocessor for the planned tool sequence.
The source gives XYZ rapids 36/36/36 m/min and body dimensions 2900 × 2680 × 3050 mm. A 2.0-second feature claim for tool change is not the full part cycle. Use the intended vice/clamps and longest holder in a representative trial, including loading, tool changes and inspection after release. Agree destination utilities and access separately from body size and catalogue application examples.
