Jirfine V-400U

V-400U is an A/C-table five-axis machining centre with XYZ travel 700/700/600 mm. Its A range is −120° to +30° and C range 360°. Begin with the required indexed faces or continuous tool orientation, then review the full fixture/holder sweep; linear travel alone cannot define clearance through a tilted cut.

The Ø350 mm table lists 150 kg maximum load horizontal and 100 kg tilted. Include part and fixture and obtain centre-of-gravity, moment and orientation limits. Those load conditions belong to V-400U and cannot be replaced with VHU-650’s 300 kg entry. A compact table diameter also does not establish an unrestricted workpiece envelope.

The direct-coupled BT40 spindle is listed at 12000 rpm with SYNTEC control and a 11/18.5 kW motor pair lacking duty labels. The 30-tool magazine allows 8 kg, 300 mm length and 80/150 mm all/adjacent-empty diameter. Select the supplied simultaneous functions, holder set, CAM/postprocessor and rotary-centre calibration; five available axes alone do not validate the buyer’s curved-surface program.

The XYZ rapids are 36/36/36 m/min and body dimensions 2940 × 3410 × 3150 mm. Trial indexed datum relationships or the actual simultaneous path with the chosen fixture, including safe restart and released-part inspection. The manufacturer’s valve-body, robot-joint and steering-knuckle examples are application illustrations, not proof that the buyer’s geometry has been qualified. Agree utilities and measurement/thermal conditions for acceptance.
