Jirfine V-8B
V-8B is the 820/550/550 mm XYZ vertical machining model in the English manufacturer catalogue. Its listed 1000 × 500 mm table and 600 kg load should be checked with the fixture and part together. Start with top-face access, the required datum and the jaw/clamp arrangement; a general industry application list does not establish a qualified process for the buyer’s drawing.
Spindle-nose-to-table distance is 120–670 mm. Combine loaded fixture height, holder gauge length and the deepest feature with that range. The catalogue specifies BT40, 10000 rpm and belt drive, with a 7.5/15 kW motor pair lacking duty labels. Ask for the offered drive curve and representative cut instead of treating one speed or power entry as universal material-removal capability.
The disc magazine has 24 tools, with maximum mass 7 kg and length 300 mm. The 80/150 mm diameter limits distinguish all positions occupied from an empty neighbouring position, so wide tooling can reduce usable capacity. FANUC 0i-MF is named; agree the exact control, cycles and CAM/postprocessor as part of the build. Do not transfer V-11’s magazine or spindle alternatives into V-8B.

Listed XYZ rapids are 48/48/48 m/min, positioning 0.008/0.006/0.006 mm and repeatability 0.005/0.004/0.004 mm. These describe axes rather than the accepted finished part or full cycle. Trial the tallest fixture and interfering tool, inspect after unclamping under agreed thermal/measurement conditions, and add loading/service access to the 2380 × 2700 × 2800 mm body. The source leaves machine net weight unspecified; no weight is invented here.
