PHISONG FX32-500

PHISONG FX32-500 is a CNC cylindrical grinding machine with a published 320 mm maximum grinding diameter and 500 mm maximum grinding length. Unlike a centerless grinder, its capacity table specifies a workpiece weight between centers: up to 150 kg. The catalog gives a center height of 180 mm and a maximum swing of 320 mm.

The grinding wheel measures 600 × 75 × 305 mm and the specified peripheral speed is 35 m/s. Wheel diameter, wheel width and bore are separate dimensions; select the abrasive, bond and dressing arrangement around the material and stock allowance. No. It is the grinding wheel peripheral speed. Workpiece rotation and the wheel specification must be confirmed for the actual process.
