VM1260S combines 1,200 / 600 / 600 mm travel with a 1,300 × 600 mm table and 800 kg maximum table load. Its X reach is greater than VM1160S while table width and Y/Z travel stay at 600 mm; use that difference for a longer fixture or feature span, not as proof of every part’s reach.
The row lists an 8,000 rpm belt spindle, No.40 taper with a bracketed No.50 choice, and BT40 holders. These entries require a complete matched spindle/holder/pull-stud/magazine build if No.50 is quoted. The standard column’s 24-tool and Φ80 / 300 mm / 8 kg entries must not automatically be applied to that alternative interface.
Check the 140–740 mm nose range, 650 mm column distance and loaded fixture with the real holders. The 11/15 kW pair has no stated time duties. Agree the motor torque duty, cooling and control build and prove the longest/difficult cuts and released-part datums on representative material.
