VM1880S is the largest retained three-axis table column: 1,800 × 800 mm, 1,750 kg maximum load and 1,700 / 850 / 700 mm travel. Here Y travel exceeds the nominal table width, which still does not make the table wider for clamping. Decide attachment, overhang and tool approach using the actual drawings.
The source lists a 6,000 rpm belt spindle, No.50 taper/BT50 holders, oil cooling and a 24-tool magazine with Φ110 / 350 mm / 15 kg tool limits. Its 150–850 mm nose range and 900 mm column distance must be checked with the mounted fixture and holder; the 1,750 kg entry is not a part-only allowance.
The rapid row lists 24/24/20 m/min and the motor row 15/18.5 kW without time-duty definitions. Ask for the build’s torque/cooling and control scope, site/access requirements and complete tool-occupancy rules. Demonstrate the extreme feature approaches and measure the released part under the agreed support and thermal conditions.
