Document Verified vs Onsite Audited China CNC plants

Search for “verified CNC factory China” returns badge farms. Buyers need to know whether anyone matched the license to the English name, and whether anyone saw the machines that would cut the RFQ. Document Verified

The English legal name matches the business license. Certificate scans, when shown, carry a scope line and an expiry. An English datasheet is countersigned so a slogan is not read as a machine table. Personal mobiles from registry dumps do not appear. RFQs go to the factory’s published sales email.

If the license and the English name disagree, the plant stays in the CRM queue. It does not go live.

Onsite Audited

Everything in Document Verified, plus a dated walk-through by SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas or an equivalent body named on the listing. Nameplate stills of the machines that would run the job. Desensitized CMM or first-article samples when the plant has filed them.

Onsite is not gold membership. A plant can pay for a homepage slot and still be Document Verified if no walk-through is on file. The public grade follows evidence.

What this is not

• A logo on a banner is not a certificate.
• A WeChat video of a hall is not an onsite grade.
• A trader alias is not a listing name.

How to use the grades

Filter Directory by Document or Onsite. Open the plant page. Read the machine table and the certificate scope. Send the RFQ from that URL if the process matches. The purchase order stays between you and the factory. Commission is 0%.

Is Document Verified the same as a paid listing?

No. Paid placement does not skip the license or the catalog cells.

Who performs Onsite Audited?

A dated SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas or equivalent report. CNCVerified staff snapshots are not a substitute for that date.
